    In every walk of life people make mistakes. Usually the customer is not asked to pay for them, however.

    Now we know why the quality of care isn’t higher. Providers make money off their mistakes.

    I believe there are only one or two hospitals in the whole country that actually give the patient a warranty on surgery. Patients at those hospitals don’t pay for the providers’ mistakes.
