We have such a giant bureaucratic machine that most employees who are really decent people structurally compound issues caused by the few “greedy and selfish” ones.

Disturbing? This sounds like good news to me – smaller government means less inefficiently.
Unless you are greedy and selfish…then, only then, you are better off with those government “officials”…

Better rule mean less inefficiency, less employees enforcing the same rule could mean more.
It kind of sucks to be a contruction worker during a recession.
