		<description>I believe the next step in medical tourism is in-country medical travel.  We all cannot go to India for care, but we can go to selected hospitals across the country.  Once the threat of steering patients to a competing hospital becomes a reality, more domestic hospitals will begin to compete for patient based on price.</description>
