		<description>The article didn&#039;t mention the possibility of using a plasma sanitizer to kill food-borne pathogens or as a way to keep aging cheese from becoming moldy (or to pasteurize raw milk).  I wonder whether in the next few decades it will replace my walk-in shower?</description>
