Very interesting. Why is it that the NCPA seems to be the only think tank that ever publishes this type of information?
This probably is the right way to look at it, because Medicare is an entitlement program that spans the entire adult lifetime of people — first as taxpayers, then as beneficiares.
These numbers are huge! The total is more than five times the size of the GDP.
Looking at it again, these numbers are really staggering.
