How the IRS will implement ObamaCare: there are 47 separate statutory provisions.
Medicaid spent $120 million to save $20 million.

When it comes to government programs designed to save money, it always seems like the government administrators must spend $5 for every $1 saved. Much of this is just to make sure the fraudulent firms (losing the government revenue) don’t run to their congressman to complain about how unfair it is.
Love the spoof.
Electronic medical records have the potential to get really creepy down the road. I expect a backlash. Great spoof.

The ACLU makes a good point with that spoof.
