		<description>Within a few minutes, I can walk to an ATM almost anywhere in the world and with a simple 4-digit PIN code, I can access my bank accounts.  

I don&#039;t know anything about the security behind ATMs, but it seems to work fine.  Why can&#039;t someone figure out something similar for electronic medical records?</description>
