    8.2 billion a year could be a large burden of Cuban Government. Is this a kind of way to communist society?

    According to the principles of economy, nonsmokers’ lungs could be more expensive than smokers’ lungs.

    EMRs were not meant for patient care, and add little to the benefit of the system. I just thank God I don’t have to use them.
