The implication is that more and more people are &quot;volunteering&quot; yet they fail to even mention that most public high schools now require teenagers to &quot;volunteer&quot; as conditions for receiving their diplomas. 		<description>I was a Kaiser patient for several years in Colorado.  It was not available in the Coachella Valley, CA when I moved here 1 year ago.  Now Kaiser has built a new facility &amp; running ads for patients however, they are NOT accepting Medicare patients!  Very frustrating.  I was happy with Kaiser</description>
