		<description>Insurance companies should NOT pay for routine expenses and preventitive care - it defeats the purpose. They&#039;ve been paying for that stuff AS WELL as very expensive and sometimes experimental treatments. HSAs are great because people can use that to pay for routine and preventitive care - which will be cheaper because providers will compete for US, the consumers!</description>
