I have never been this policitically active, I have always treasured my vote and do my homework. My anger at the hyprocrisy in washington is bottomless. I find myself sending mass emails, making phone calls, writing letters. Congress is out of touch, out of sync and out of control. I will never never vote democratic again. I am an independent thinker; I did not vote for obama, he doesnt even own a house! he is a ghost.. I am a republican and now will always be a ticket voter!!! I am a gran mom and I am angry. Conservative voters who were apathetic about John McCain probably stayed home on Election Day, but are unlikely to sit out the next election. Grassroots support tipped the balance in favor of President Obama and elected many moderate democrats in the process. Tea Party activists could have a major impact on the mid-term elections for the same reasons.
