If the Task Force increases the recommended age for mammography, women under the recommended threshold might have to pay out-of-pocket. There's where consumer driven health care comes in. If people control more of their own health care dollars, they can decide what they're willing to pay for. Unfortunately, the Obama Administration apparently doesn't believe in consumer choice.
